55ww Terms & Conditions — Platform Rules, Rights, and Obligations

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "55ww" refers to the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at https://55ww.ws and all associated subdomains, mobile interfaces, and applications operated under the 55ww brand.
• "Platform" means the entirety of software, systems, interfaces, game content, and services made available by 55ww to registered players.
• "Player" / "You" means any individual who has registered an account on 55ww or who accesses the platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the personal gaming account created by a player on the 55ww platform, identified by a unique username and password.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in a player's account at any given time, excluding any bonus funds not yet released for withdrawal.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet credits, free spins winnings, or other non-cash-equivalent incentives awarded by 55ww to a player's account.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer identity verification, the process by which 55ww confirms a player's identity, age, and address prior to processing a withdrawal.
• "BDT" / "৳" means Bangladeshi Taka, the sole currency in which all 55ww account transactions are denominated.
• "MFS" means Mobile Financial Services, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay, which are the primary deposit and withdrawal channels available to Bangladesh players on 55ww.

To access the full range of games, sports betting markets, and financial services available on 55ww, players must register a personal account. The following rules apply to account registration:

• One account per person: Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one 55ww account. Multiple accounts registered to the same individual — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, or device identifiers — constitute a breach of these Terms.
• Accurate information: All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and current. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. Providing false or misleading registration information is a material breach of these Terms.
• Account security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 55ww username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. 55ww accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account arising from your failure to protect your login details.
• Notification of compromise: If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify the 55ww support team immediately via the contact details provided in Clause 17.
• Bangladesh residency: 55ww services are offered to players in Bangladesh. Players located in jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited are not permitted to register an account.

55ww reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion and without providing a reason for doing so.

55ww is committed to operating a safe and legally compliant platform. As part of this commitment, all players are required to complete KYC identity verification before their first withdrawal is processed. 55ww may also request KYC documentation at any other time during a player's account lifetime.

Accepted KYC documents include:

• National Identity Card (NID) — issued by the Bangladesh Election Commission;
• Valid Bangladeshi passport;
• Driver's licence issued by the Bangladesh Road Transport Authority (BRTA);
• A recent utility bill, bank statement, or official letter dated within the last three months confirming your residential address.

Documents must be submitted in clear, legible digital format (JPEG, PNG, or PDF). Blurred, cropped, or altered documents will not be accepted and will delay the verification process.

55ww will complete KYC review within three (3) business days of receiving all required documentation. During the review period, withdrawals from the account will be held pending verification. 55ww may request additional documentation if initial submissions are insufficient to confirm identity or address to the required standard.

Any attempt to submit fraudulent, forged, or third-party identity documents will result in immediate permanent account closure, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to the relevant law enforcement authorities.

55ww accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Bangladesh players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. All deposits are processed in BDT (৳).

• Minimum deposit: ৳500 per transaction via MFS wallets (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay). Minimum deposit amounts for bank transfer and card methods may differ and are displayed at the point of transaction.
• Processing time: MFS wallet deposits (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are credited to a player's 55ww balance within sixty (60) seconds of the transaction being confirmed on the relevant MFS network. Bank transfer and card deposits may take up to one (1) business day to credit.
• Deposit fees: 55ww does not charge any platform-side fee on deposits. However, players should be aware that their MFS provider or bank may apply their own transaction fees, which are outside 55ww's control.
• Own funds only: Players may only deposit funds that belong to them personally. Depositing funds on behalf of another person, or using payment methods not registered in the player's own name, is strictly prohibited.
• Failed deposits: If a deposit payment is initiated but does not credit to your 55ww account within the stated processing time, contact the support team with your transaction reference number. 55ww will investigate and resolve confirmed failed deposits within two (2) business days.

55ww reserves the right to reverse a deposit if it is determined that the funds originated from fraudulent, stolen, or otherwise illicit sources. In such cases, the deposited amount will be returned to the originating payment method and the account suspended pending investigation.

Players may request a withdrawal of their real-money balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• KYC verification: Withdrawal requests will not be processed until the player has completed KYC identity verification in accordance with Clause 4.
• Minimum withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 per transaction. Requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Processing time: Approved withdrawals to MFS wallets (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are typically processed within one (1) business day of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to three (3) business days.
• Withdrawal method: Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to that method's availability for withdrawals. 55ww reserves the right to request additional verification before processing withdrawals to a new or different payment method.
• Pending wagering requirements: Any portion of a player's balance that is subject to an active wagering requirement cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been met in full. The real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) may be withdrawn at any time, subject to the minimum withdrawal threshold.
• Withdrawal limits: Maximum withdrawal limits apply per transaction and per calendar month. Current limits are displayed in the player's account settings and may be updated from time to time.

55ww reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal request if it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or a breach of these Terms. In such cases, 55ww will notify the player via their registered email address and may request additional verification documentation.

55ww offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to the specific terms published for each individual promotion:

• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to registered, verified 55ww players only. 55ww reserves the right to restrict bonus eligibility based on account history, deposit method, or geographic location.
• Wagering requirements: All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible game categories, minimum odds (for sports bets), and time limit are specified in the individual promotion terms.
• One bonus per player: Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms, each player is entitled to claim each promotion once only. Attempting to claim the same bonus multiple times via multiple accounts constitutes bonus abuse.
• Bonus abuse: 55ww employs automated monitoring systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: hedging bets to guarantee a wagering-requirement completion with minimal risk; using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus; exploiting technical errors or promotional mis-postings. Accounts found to have engaged in bonus abuse will have bonus funds and any associated winnings voided and may be permanently suspended.
• Expiry: Bonus funds and any associated wagering requirements expire within the time period stated in the individual promotion terms. Expired bonus funds are automatically removed from a player's account without notice.
• Right to withdraw or amend: 55ww reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a player has already accepted a bonus and commenced meeting the wagering requirement, the bonus terms in effect at the time of acceptance will continue to apply.

All games available on 55ww — including slots, live dealer table games, crash games, and sports betting markets — are governed by the specific rules published by the relevant game studio or sports data provider. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of each game or betting market before placing a wager.

Sports betting: All sports bets placed on 55ww are subject to the following conditions:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. 55ww does not guarantee that odds will remain available for any given period.
• Bets placed after the official start time of a match or event will be voided, unless explicitly offered as in-play markets.
• In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed, or rescheduled, 55ww's settlement rules for the relevant sport apply as published in the platform's sports betting rules documentation.
• Maximum stake limits apply per event and per market. Current limits are displayed at the point of bet placement.

Casino games: All casino games on 55ww use certified random number generation (RNG) systems that have been independently tested for fairness by the relevant game studio. 55ww does not control or influence the outcome of any casino game.

In the event of a technical error or system malfunction during a game round, 55ww reserves the right to void the affected round and return the staked amount to the player's balance. No claim for winnings arising from a technically erroneous game round will be honoured.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on 55ww. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended and may have their balance forfeited pending investigation:

• Registering more than one account on 55ww, whether in the same or a different name;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification;
• Using stolen, borrowed, or third-party payment methods to fund a 55ww account;
• Laundering money or using the platform to facilitate any form of financial crime;
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market;
• Using software, bots, scripts, or other automated tools to place bets or interact with the platform in a non-human manner;
• Exploiting technical errors, glitches, or misconfigured odds for financial gain;
• Abusing bonuses or promotions in a manner inconsistent with genuine recreational play;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 55ww staff or other platform users;
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to 55ww systems, databases, or other players' accounts;
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other technical means to disguise your geographic location or circumvent platform restrictions.

All content on the 55ww platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, game graphics, text, data compilations, software interfaces, and marketing materials — is the proprietary intellectual property of 55ww or its licensed content partners. All rights are reserved.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 55ww platform for personal, non-commercial recreational gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit players to:

• Copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or publicly display any 55ww content without prior written authorisation;
• Scrape, crawl, or extract data from the 55ww platform by automated means;
• Frame or mirror any part of the 55ww platform on another website or application;
• Use 55ww branding or trademarks in any manner that could suggest a commercial affiliation without express written consent.

Any unauthorised use of 55ww intellectual property may result in legal action and permanent account termination.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 55ww excludes all liability for:

• Financial losses arising from participation in games or betting markets available on the platform;
• Losses arising from service interruptions, platform downtime, or technical failures beyond 55ww's reasonable control;
• Indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages of any kind arising from the use of or inability to use the 55ww platform;
• Losses resulting from a player's failure to protect their account credentials or from unauthorised account access;
• Inaccuracies in odds, scores, or statistical data provided by third-party data partners, except where such inaccuracies result directly from 55ww's own negligence.

Where 55ww's liability cannot be entirely excluded by law, it is limited to the total real-money deposit amount made by the player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, not to exceed ৳10,000 in aggregate.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or death or personal injury caused by 55ww's own gross negligence.

55ww collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy and is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account on 55ww, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Key data processing activities include:

• Collection of registration data (name, date of birth, address, email, mobile number) for account creation and KYC purposes;
• Processing of payment and transaction data for deposit and withdrawal processing and anti-fraud monitoring;
• Recording of gaming activity for account management, responsible gaming monitoring, and dispute resolution purposes;
• Use of cookies and similar tracking technologies to maintain session state, personalise the platform experience, and analyse usage patterns.

55ww does not sell personal data to third parties. Data is shared only with payment processors, identity verification partners, game studios, and regulatory authorities as required for the operation of the platform or by applicable law.

55ww is committed to promoting responsible gaming and supporting players who may be experiencing difficulties with their gambling behaviour. The following tools are available to all registered players via their account settings:

• Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before taking effect.
• Session time reminders: Players may configure session duration alerts that trigger a notification after a specified period of continuous play.
• Reality checks: Periodic on-screen alerts displaying session duration and net gaming position are available and can be configured in account settings.
• Cooling-off period: Players may apply a temporary account suspension of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days. During a cooling-off period, the account is inaccessible for gaming and deposits but remains accessible for withdrawal of existing balances.
• Self-exclusion: Players may request indefinite self-exclusion from 55ww. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours of receipt and cannot be reversed for a minimum period of six (6) months.

55ww reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close a player's account under any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other financial crime;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• Discovery that the account holder is under 21 years of age;
• Detection of multiple accounts registered to the same individual;
• Engagement in prohibited conduct as defined in Clause 9;
• Request by the player for account closure or self-exclusion.

In the event of account suspension pending investigation, 55ww will notify the player via their registered email address within 48 hours of the suspension being applied. The investigation process may take up to 28 days to complete. During this period, the player's balance will be held and no deposits or withdrawals will be processed.

Players may voluntarily request account closure at any time by contacting the 55ww support team. Upon closure, any real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to active wagering requirements) will be returned to the player's registered payment method within five (5) business days, subject to completion of KYC verification.

55ww reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — that is, where they materially affect a player's rights or obligations — 55ww will provide at least seven (7) days' notice of the amendment via the registered email address associated with affected accounts or by displaying a prominent notice on the platform.

Non-material amendments (such as corrections to typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions, or changes required by applicable law) may take effect immediately without advance notice.

Continued use of the 55ww platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes the player's acceptance of the revised Terms. If a player does not accept the revised Terms, they should close their account in accordance with Clause 14 before the amendment takes effect.

The version of the Terms currently in effect is identified by the "Last updated" date in the hero section of this page. Players are encouraged to review the Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with international gaming law as applicable to the jurisdiction in which 55ww holds its operating licence. 55ww operates under an international gaming licence and is not regulated by any Bangladesh government body.

In the event of a dispute between 55ww and a player that cannot be resolved through the complaint procedure described in Clause 17, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the jurisdiction in which 55ww is licensed for resolution of any such dispute.

Nothing in this clause affects any statutory rights that a player may have under the laws of Bangladesh that cannot be excluded or limited by contract. Players are advised to seek independent legal advice if they are uncertain about their rights under applicable local law.
